If you have successfully completed the admission application for non-subsidised programme, you will need to send in the admission package (i.e. supporting documents along with the completed application form) andapplication fee by the specified due date.

If you wish to apply for admission to more than one programme, please submit a separate application package foreach programme. (Should the programmes fall under the same office, you may submit the application packages in one envelope).

State the programme applied for on the top left hand corner of the envelope.

NOTE: You do not have to submit admission package if you have applied for subsidised programmes.

The following documents must be submitted in the given order. The application form should be the first document on top.
Documents submitted in support of your application are non-refundable. Please send only clearly legible photocopies of documents. Do not submit original documents. Original documents should be produced at a later date upon request. The university will not be responsible for the loss, damage or return of original documents submitted.
 
  1. One recent passport-sized coloured photograph to be affixed on the top right corner of the application form.
  2. NRIC/Passport or Citizenship Certificate.
  3. Documentary proof:
        • Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) – Blue NRIC or a valid Re-Entry Permit – (scanned copy)
        • Part-Time International candidate – Immigration Pass (e.g. Employment/Diplomatic/Dependent Pass or Work Permit) issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority – (scanned copy)
  1. Transcript(s) and Degree Scroll(s) of University academic records must be in English, otherwise an officialEnglish translation must also be provided.
  2. Applicants who graduated from polytechnics in Singapore must also submit their polytechnic results.
  3. Documentary proof of present and previous employment with designation, dates of appointment and resignation indicated (e.g. IR8A forms or letters of appointment and resignation).
  4. TOEFL/IELTS results (apply only to graduates of universities with non-English medium of instruction).
    Note : GRE score is not compulsory for admission to coursework programmes.
  5. Professional qualifications/membership certificates, if any.
  6. Any other relevant documents (e.g. supporting letter from your employer or referee). Note: There is no fixed standard format for reference letters.

 

* Note: For programmes offered by Nanyang Business School and S.Rajaratnam School of International Studies, there may be extra documents required by these schools. Please follow the requirements listed in the School’s online application form or website.

  3. Academic records of university and pre-university education (Degree scrolls, certification and transcripts must be in English, otherwise an official English translation must be provided).
  4. Documentary proof of present and previous employment with designation, dates of appointment and resignation indicated.
  5. TOEFL/IELTS results (apply only to graduates of universities with non-English medium of instruction). A photocopy of the result is acceptable.
    Note : GRE score is not compulsory for admission to coursework programmes.
  6. Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) results (if applicable).
  7. National or international research or publications (letters from the relevant authority confirming research or publication).
  8. National or international awards or membership (letter from the relevant authority certifying the award or membership).
  9. Transcript Request Form is to be sent to the Registrar or appropriate authority of the university or institution from which the applicant has graduated.
  10. Referee’s Report Form should be sent to each of the applicant’s two referees. Specific instructions are given in the form.
