Chief Executive Officers have to consider carbon footprints, sustainable practices, global climate change, and waste management. These are environmentally sensitive issues which have resulted in an increase of environmental legislation.

In addition, some of the business activities required knowledge of the environment. In the aquaculture industry, for example, biological knowledge is required to raise fishes, prawns, algae and other crops. But there is no substitute for a good business plan. This degree provides you with a thorough knowledge of environmental science and management principles and practices.

Graduates who complete an APAC-accredited four-year course majoring in psychology can apply for conditional registration as psychologists with the Psychology Board of Australia. Subject to completing a further two years of supervised practice (in Australia) or a Master of Psychology, graduates with a degree in Psychology can gain membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and apply for registration to practice as psychologists in Australia. The Singapore Psychological Society has its own requirements for registration as a psychologist in Singapore.

The Bachelor of Arts is an undergraduate course consisting of 24 subjects. The course combines study from a range of disciplines. You can craft a varied course of study that maximizes your ability to meet the changing demands of employers.

The Bachelor of Arts (BA) requires students to complete a major in at least one discipline or interdisciplinary field. A major comprises a specified sequence of subjects. A single major normally comprises 6 subjects across levels 2 and 3. The course provides students with extended knowledge and skills across a range of disciplines.
