ITE Release of Examination Results for June 2017 Examination Series

Full-time, Part-time and Traineeship students sitting for Nitec examinations in June 2017 are to note the following dates:

9 June 2017 (Friday)

Release Date of Examination Results 23 June 2017 (Friday),

from 8:00am

Closing Date for Application of Review of Module Results 6 July 2017 (Thursday)
You can view your examination results on the date of the release:

  • By logging on ITE myPortal

– Full-Time: myPortal → myExam

– Part-Time: myPortal → iStudent → Exam

– Traineeship: myPortal → iStudent → myExam


  • From SMS (if you have subscribed for the SMS service)

To receive your results via SMS, please subscribe to the service before the last date.  Log into ITE myPortal

(iStudent → iStudent Administration System → Self Service → SMS Subscription).

Your results will be sent to the handphone number in the SMS service subscription page.


A Statement of Results will also be issued to you.


Full-time, Part-time and Traineeship students of ITE Colleges will be informed in the Statement of Results on the date for collection of certificate, where applicable. Certificates can be collected at the ITE College Graduation Ceremony (to be advised by the respective Colleges) or after the ceremony, from the Customer & Visitor Centre of the Campus of Study during office hours.  For further information with regards to the respective Customer & Visitor Centres, please refer to:


Certificates not collected within 2 years from the date of issue will be destroyed and will not be re-issued.


The Statement of Results will also show the grades and credits earned in all the modules that you have taken in that term, as well as your current Grade Point Average (GPA) and cumulative GPA.


In general, the completion of a module is sufficient for progression to the next module of a programme of study with the exception of modules, which require a pass in the prerequisite modules.


However, if you fail a module, you will be required to repeat the module.
